In May 2007, Vice President Al Gore cut the ribbon on Feeling the Heat: The Climate Challenge. Developed in collaboration with curator Debbie Zmarzly and eminent scientists, the public exhibition emphasizes research by the Scripps Institution of Oceanography and presents the scientific evidence for global climate change to the general public. Hands-on exhibits clarify observations of a warming world, future impacts, and possible solutions to the climate challenge. (A Hackley+Bowman Project)
