The second most-visited cultural institution in Southern California imbues engaging displays of marine animals with informal education about the ocean. The Aquarium of the Pacific helps visitors appreciate how our activities affect natural habitats along California’s coast and throughout the world ocean. Bowman Design Group’s contributions include remodeling permanent exhibits, such as the Gulf of California: The Sea of Cortes, temporary exhibitions such as Waves and Ocean on the Edge, a new institutional signage program, and workshops about communicating ocean issues to the public.
